needs a lot of work
Here is what I would do....
1. main deck 4 day of judgement
2. remove vapor snags
3. the land should be around 26
4. remove the tumble magnets
5. main deck at least 2 timely reinforcements I would do 4
6. remove cancels from sideboard maybe put 2 in the main deck
7. add 1 more gideon jura
8. remove the gideon's avengers
9. put 2 more lawkeepers
10. try to put more win conditions in the deck ideas: sun titan or wurmcoil engine
11. Finally add atleast two flash freeze to the sideboard

I'm going to my version of this tommorrow. I see no reason why I should maindeck FOUR Days. I personally think I sideboard them only to counter well you know.
The whole idea is a tap-down deck. I mean I could honestly remove the avengers. But I thought it'd be a fun idea.

my input with reasons:
take out the following
4 tumble magnet - good card but doesn't really have a place when there is better removal
2 grand abalisher - SB card at best for mirror match, anything else he is just a 2/2 bear
3 vapor snag - no no no, creatures in this format are based around ETB, last thing you want to do is be bouncing them so people can recast them.
2 gideon's lawkeeper - Draft playable, not standard playable, doesn't stop ETB effects
4 gideon's avenger - there are better creatures for control vs. aggro decks
2 oblivian ring - excellent card, but rarely should you need more than 2
4 surgical extraction - good card for certain situations, but MD is no go, this card was made for vengevine and vengevine only, SB it at best
2 frost titan - awesome card, but is not the best thing you could be doing for 6 mana in blue anymore

Add in the following:
+2 hero of bladehold - this is your best creature and win con, always want more, also this is one of the best creatures in the game atm.
+4 dismember - best removal in type
+4 blade splicer - better vs aggro than avenger, and awesome vs. vampires (which i hear you play alot lol)
+3 lands - your land count should be between 25-26 always as any deck running mana leak, unless your ur twin.
+2 timely reinforcments - the biggiest weakness for control is RDW/aggro, this card will destroy them
+4 squadron hawks - again this is one of the better creatures in the format, and its built in CA.
+1 Jace beleren - needed for CA
+1 Day of judgement - again, shores up aggro, and is a must vs. valakut/hawkward
+2 constracted sphinx - again CA is huge off this guy, and his big butt is really nice alot of the time
SB: well i wont go there to much but you should shore up the md cards first so 2 more timely, 2 -3 more day of judgement, 2-3 revoke exsistence/divine offering, sun titan or 2, and such things.
