The sideboard is just a sketch right now. I don't really know what I need vs the top decks (i.e. Fairies and UW Stoneforge....any suggestions?)

Also I was wondering what you all think on Path vs Dispatch vs Dismember?

You need Flashfreeze in board for Scapshift, especially since fracturing gust blows up your field, and is also a green spell. Recommended highly over spell pierce since lots of times they can just pay it.
