Alright...I haven't really played the deck but here are some suggestions.

Stitched Drake (Mirror, RDW)
Flashfreeze (WRR, RDW...the usual)
Dissipate (Control)
Gutshot/Dismember (meta dependent....)
Negate (Control)
Mental Misstep? (Good against all of the cheap burn that people use against you i.e. Gutshot/Geistflame/Shock)
Batterskull (Aggro decks?)
Surgical Extraction? (It is good against various decks right now)

So here is a rough draft:
2 Stitched Drake
3 Flashfreeze
3 Mental Misstep
2 Dismember
1 Gutshot
1 Surgical Extraction
1 Batterskull
1 Negate
1 Dissipate

What do you think?

2-3 dissipate
3 stiched drake ( only 3 in the 75, if you MD a ruinator /drake only 2 in the SB)
1-3 gut shot /dismember (depends on your MD count)
3 timely reinforcements
2 oblivion ring
